Joseph Ara Zovickian is a stone sculptor.

He specializes in carving marble and limestone from life. His portraits are held in private collections in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

Additionally, he has worked as a cathedral stonemason in Manhattan and as the lead stone-carver at Monumental Labs. Joe has carved statuary and ornamentation for The Frick Collection, Carnegie Hall, Columbia University, The Catholic Church, in addition to private clients.

Joe received his BA in Philosophy from UCLA, and his MFA in Sculpture and Figurative Anatomy from The New York Academy of Art. He works in New York City and Carrara, Italy.
